A compilation of one-of-a-kind historical and cultural monuments
The "Park of Eternals," located adjacent to the Holy Cross on the road from Yerevan to
Aparan, the Altar of Letters of Hope, was created in 2021 with the support of Artak
Tovmasyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Tovmasyan International
Foundation. A remarkable church called after the Holy Angels were built in the exact
location, with a glass dome and sidewalls.
This area is a triangle of shrines, from different sides of which a fantastic view opens to
Aragats, Ararat and Ara mountains.
The “Park of Eternals”
The "Park of Eternals" plan appears to be a symbol of eternity, with hundreds of trees
already planted in two stages, each bearing the names of prominent Armenians in
science, culture, sports, and wartime heroes.
One of the park's alleys is designated for the park's privileged guests, who are
representatives of the diplomatic system.
The Holy Angels' Church
On the initiative of Artak Tovmasyan, Chairman of the Tovmasyan International
Foundation's Board of Trustees, the Holy Angels Church was completed.
The totally white church is a novel approach to Armenian church construction; stones
were used just for the major walls, and the rest is glass, unlike anything else in the
world. The simplicity and purity with which the angels are gifted are symbolized by the
church's whiteness and transparency.
2021 The church's four-cross was installed on September 18 with the presence of
honored guests from around the world.
The candle lighting hall is now being created in the youth home.
The building of the Church of the Holy Angels finalized the region and made it a popular
tourist destination.
The Holy Cross, which stands 33 meters tall, and the Tabernacle of Hope
A 33-meter-high Holy Cross stands at the summit of the "Park of Eternals," symbolizing
the age of Jesus Christ's crucifixion.
The Holy Cross is made up of 1711 huge and little metal crosses that represent the
Christian period in Armenia. It is mounted on a 301-centimeter-high chapel, which
represents the year Armenia adopted Christianity as its official religion. Every year,
another cross signifying that year is placed on the Holy Cross, according to the
arrangement. On the 33rd kilometer of the Yerevan-Aparan highway, the Holy Cross
and the Tabernacle of Hope are placed. This number represents Jesus Christ's age, to
which the designers have contributed.

In 2017, the 1718th cross was installed by Artak Tovmasyan, accepting it as one of the
heroic boys of the April war.
The Alphabet Park
The Alphabet Park was founded on May 28, 2005, to mark the 1600th anniversary of
the reinstatement of the Armenian alphabet. It is situated at 1600 meters above sea
level. Statues in the park include statues of eminent Armenians H. Tumanyan, M. Gosh,
and A. Shirakatsi, as well as 39 letters of the Armenian alphabet.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your generous support, which plays a vital role in our mission.
